For a nominal fee, Ciudad Hacienda Los Altos puts
at your disposal six complete sets of construction
plans from you to choose for the construction of your
home. These plans, of varying styles of homes, have
have already been approved by the Masaya Municipality
and would alleviate you an estimated US$9,000 in
engineering and architectural design costs.
